Staci and Dale shared a lovely September wedding day at Lake Frederick. While they were getting ready, it was pouring down rain. However, it cleared up just in time for them to exchange their vows outside with the lake behind them.
Staci and Dale are one of many couples that had to reschedule their wedding day due to COVID-19. That did not stopping them from making it their best day ever!
It was so special to watch their family and friends come together to celebrate their marriage. It was so sweet watching the reaction on Dale’s face as he watched his bride walk down the aisle. Their ceremony was so heartfelt and full of so many memories of loved ones that had passed. Staci and Dale wanted to honor those loved ones by releasing butterflies during their ceremony. It was something I had never seen before and it was such a special moment.
Staci and Dale’s first dance was so special. They included their son and it was so very sweet to watch all of them dance together!
In the middle of their reception, I was able to sneak Staci and Dale away for a few sunset portraits. The cotton candy like skies over the lake certainly did not disappoint and made for the perfect ending to their portraits.
Congratulations to Staci and Dale!
