What a breath of fresh air to be able to get out and photograph a wedding again! On June 6, 2020 I was able to capture Sara and Bo’s special day. I hadn’t photographed a wedding since February (!!!) so to say I was excited would be an understatement.
Sara and Bo exchanged their vows by a beautiful pond at the lovely Landfall Lodge in Winchester, Virginia. Surrounded by some of their close family and friends, they could not have asked for a more beautiful day. Even though the temperature outside was HOT, the sun was shining and it was such a pretty day!
Sara had the prettiest flowers from Walking Wind Farm and Florist. The white roses and greenery were the perfect touch to the pops of purple and pale blue.
Not to mention, Sara was a gorgeous bride with her lovely curls and beautiful dress. My creative wheels were spinning all day and I know I probably sang behind my lens a few too many times to count.
Under the gorgeous, crystal clear skies, Sara and Bo exchanged their vows and even added a unique touch with branding their own sign with their initials. This was something I had never seen done before, but such a neat touch to an already special day.
Sara and Bo celebrated their “I Do’s” with a reception and dinner immediately following their ceremony. Mid-way through their reception, I was able to sneak them out to an open field for some beautiful golden hour portraits. The sun was just right and the red, antique truck added the perfect touch! Golden hour is always my favorite and it certainly did not disappoint this day. Keep scrolling to see some of my favorites!
Congratulations to Sara and Bo! Wishing you both many, many years of happiness!
