When I arrived at Sky Meadows State Park for Sarah and Pat’s engagement session, I was so happy to see that the storms had gone around. On my way to their session, there were dark clouds in the distance and storms all around. I thought for sure we were going to get rained out.
Sarah and Pat arrived and they were so positive about the whole thing. The weather, the semi-cloudy evening, it didn’t bother them one bit. Their only concern? “We aren’t models.” Good news though! You don’t have to be models to get amazing photos. That’s why I’m there to help guide you through each step of the way.
These two didn’t need much guidance though. They fell into each pose so naturally. I even remember asking them at one point if they were sure they had never modeled before. We shared so many laughs together and had the best time talking about life and their upcoming wedding day.
The sun peeked out just long enough for us to capture a few with that pretty glow. Not only were we happy for the glow, but we were all pretty excited for what came after the glow. It was the prettiest rainbow! I was super excited when I saw it – which I’m sure they couldn’t tell at all since it’s not like I sang or squealed or anything.
